Perhaps not, but Howard was the Monteverdi queen to end all Monteverdi queens. Anyone who ever had the opportunity to get driven by How in his truck (at speeds approaching the sound barrier) got to hear: 1) Monteverdi's Orfeo, and 2) Les Negresses Vertes. If you were super-lucky -- as I was -- you also got to hear his tape of Annie Lennox and Jesus Jones.
